Mako is a young and naughty witch often put into the watch of others, like Black-chan, because she isn't trusted to be on her own in the human world just yet.
Bio[]
Appearance[]
A pale skinned and childish looking witch with big, round ruby eyes. She has thick, dull moss-colored hair that curls inward so far down. Her messy bangs are uneven in length and her forelocks frame her face. She has a cowlick.
When using magic or for important witch events, Mako wears a short black dress with pointed skirt and a cat skull on the pink waistband, which accents the detail of her sleeves. Her gloves, hat and boots match her dress, with the fingers and sole portion colored soft maroon. She wears a soft maroon choker with a ruby sphere, and her pink spherical earrings have a cat tail and ears.
She has a casual outfit she normally wears when not doing things magic-related, consisting of pink hoodie (that somehow hides her hair) with cat ears, a tail, and sewn on sleeves with finger-holes. Her neck/collar-bone is visible with the zipper being so far down, and she pairs this with black and soft maroon striped leggings, and a pair of pink and white shoes.
As a baby, Mako's hair was much shorter and she had three curled strands of hair that stuck out. She wore a lilac dress with pastel pink cat ears and tail to match the sewn on legs, which resembled cat paws.
Personality[]
A mischievous kawaiiko type who acts her age for most part, but she's childish and stubborn. When worse comes to worse, she can be an eccentric and is likely to exaggerate, she'll easily run away from confrontation or if she's upset by turning herself invisible. She's pretty carefree about most things. However, she's a sweet, if misguided girl unable to understand why its not okay to behave the way she does at times. She is highly curious and nosy, not only because she wishes to experience as much as she can, but because she wants to be helpful. She is adventuress, but a little reckless and unlikely to think things through before she acts upon them.
Witch[]
Mako is pretty inexperienced as a young, full-blooded witch. She messes up fairly often, which worsens if she is flustered or upset. She has a crystal ball resembling her earrings.
Her yousei is Maomao, who appears somewhat more mature than her childish partner and physically resembles her. Her cat form is a pastel, moss green American short-hair.
Past[]
Mako's birth was witnessed by a loving couple, and she was originally placed into their care. But when they decided to give up their magical lifestyle to live with humans and learn to not rely on magic to get by, she was left in the care of the Witch Daycare staff until a bit later when she was given to Ojamajo Black to watch over. She still cherishes her "birth viewing" parents and they plan get-togethers often.

- She has no official surname, she made up Nekomimi on the spot when being introduced to her human classmates.
- She has a fang on the right corner of her mouth.
- She has a stuffed cat named Twinkle that she frequently uses magic on to bring it to life.
- Her cowlick frequently reacts to her current mood.
- Mako nuzzles people she likes, she even seems to purr some times.
- Coincidentally, she vaguely resembles Mako from ~Da Capo~
- Their shared names were also pure coincidence.
